At Hamdans Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver premium quality Boys Shalwar Kameez for ages 1–14 years. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from stains, perfume, damage, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Worn or washed garments
  • Altered or customized items
  • Products without original tags
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong size or color sent by us
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Send us:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Size Exchange

If you need a different size, we are happy to exchange it (subject to stock availability).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was made by Hamdans Collection.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the following situations:

  • The ordered item is out of stock after payment.
  • You received a defective or damaged product and a replacement is unavailable.
  • An incorrect product was delivered and cannot be replaced.

Refunds are not provided simply because of a change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request an exchange after receiving the product if it meets the eligibility criteria.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:

  • The wrong product was sent.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
